At GreenDelta she works on the sustainability assessment of EU projects and conducts research and studies on social LCA. She gives trainings on openLCA and the PSILCA database for social LCA. Given her background in building engineering, she also works on the connection between LCA, EPDs and BIM.
Kirill got a M.Sc. Environmental Resource Management degree at the Brandenburg Technical University. Currently, he is involved in LCIA and environmental consulting at GreenDelta. Before studying in Germany, he was working in the Russian power engineering sector as a project development engineer for 1.5 years.
Julian holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a specialisation in Resource Efficiency and Sustainability (TU Braunschweig). At GreenDelta, he works on life cycle assessments for the circular economy, as well as on trainings, and database developments.
Lead Backoffice & Administration
Anja holds a master’s degree in American cultural history and a certificate in financial accounting. She worked in many areas as for example public relations, tv and film production, self employed with her own business in sports and managing a small non-profit organization in the social sector. There being in charge of administration and the public funding process, she now is leading the backoffice at GreenDelta.
Thaís is a Brazilian Chemical Engineer. In Europe, she completed the Sustainable and Innovative Natural Resource Management master’s program SINREM. She started in the company as an intern working on social assessments and LCA case studies. Now she is a sustainability consultant, working on guidelines, LCA projects and trainings.
Amina finished both her bachelor’s and master’s at TU Berlin with a focus on sustainable development as well as water and waste management. Before GreenDelta, she worked in environmental research and had experience in carrying out comparative LCA studies. At GreenDelta, she works on a project aiming to develop a digital platform and a reliable database for secondary raw material.
Julia Cilleruelo Palomero
Sustainability Consultant and Communications
Julia holds a master’s degree in General Engineering specialising in New and Renewable Energy from Durham University (UK). Before working at GreenDelta, Julia founded her own startup: a central web platform trying to solve the data gap within LCA. At GreenDelta, she works on sustainability assessments and on establishing international partnerships and external communications.
Lead Software Developer
Michael Srocka works with GreenDelta since more than 15 years; environmental engineer by education (TU Berlin, 2004) he also holds a degree in practical informatics from Fernuni Hagen. Michael leads the IT development in GreenDelta. He is a highly skilled senior programmer, with a special dedication to Java and databases, and has written most of the parts of the openLCA software.
Miguel García Casas
Miguel is finishing a PhD in Industrial Technologies, having worked on LCA, LCC optimisation for industrial processes. He holds an M.Sc in Renewable Energy Engineering and also an MBA (IMF Business School). Now at GreenDelta, he works as a software developer in building Python data analysis tools to construct and manage Environmental Input-Output models (joining his passion and his expertise building tools for sustainability assessment).
Previously, Adroaldo worked as a software developer for Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics in Brazil. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’ s degree in computer science. Since November 2019, he is working in the GreenDelta software development team. His main responsibility is programming Java Web-based applications.

After having gained working experience in several internships, he joined GreenDelta as part of the software development team in 2021. He’s currently working on building web widgets in order to improve data visualization.
Shehab has a bachelor and master’s degree in Environmental Science and Technology from TU Berlin, where he focused on Sustainable Engineering and Circular Economy. Before joining GreenDelta, he helped further develop the ESSENZ-Method for the evaluation of resource efficiency at the Chair for Sustainable Engineering at the TU Berlin and later joined a small start-up, where he was solely in charge for performing LCAs of their products.
Ferik is at his third year studying Environmental Engineering (Technischer Umweltschutz) at the Technical University Berlin (TUB), where he plans to continue with his masters. Being very interested in sustainable engineering, he joined GreenDelta as an intern and is now working on data research and modelling support in LCA projects with openLCA.
Sunah is doing her last bachelor semester in environmental engineering (Technischer Umweltschutz) at the Technical University Berlin. She firstly joined GreenDelta as an intern and she is currently writing her bachelor thesis at GreenDelta. In her work, she’s developing an LCA model and assessment methods to introduce sustainable solutions for a private innovative technology.
In his bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Elias wrote his thesis on eco-design. Afterwards, he worked for several years in product development in the automotive supply industry, where LCA and eco-design was part of his work. At the end of 2020, he started a master’s degree in industrial engineering and is now working as an intern at GreenDelta, wanting to expand his LCA knowledge further before starting his master thesis.
